Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Users

Due to current developments and in order to protect the population from the respiratory disease “Covid 19” triggered by the pathogen SARS-Co-V2, the Historical Archive (Heidestraße 21), the Anhaltische Landesbücherei (Heidestraße 21) and the Intermediate Archive (Lange Gasse 22) as areas of the Dessau-Roßlau Municipal Archives will be closed to visitor and user traffic from 16 December until probably 10 January 2021. The archive network in the Old Water Tower will close due to the Ninth SARS-CoV-2 Containment Ordinance of the State of Saxony-Anhalt of 15 December 2020, so unfortunately you will not be able to visit us in person.
